ALUPANEL® ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE SHEET

We have pleasure in introducing ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet, due to the demise of the Vekaplan AL, which is no longer in production. ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet is composed of a thermoplastic polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium alloy sheets.

ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet surface is coated one side with a high resistance polyester and protected with a transparent film. Whilst the other side is coated with a primer suitable and compatible for further painting operations.

ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet has an excellent flat surface ideally suited as a sign fascia substrate, easily processed by cutting, punching, drilling routing, forming, screwing/riveting and glueing.

ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet Properties: lightweight and rigid, weather and corrosion resistant, great flatness, warranty on coatings, good thermal insulation and good impact resistance.

ALUPANEL® Aluminium Composite Sheet is NOW available from stock in the standard WHITE Ral 9016, RED Ral 3020, GREEN Ral 6024, BLUE Ral 5002, YELLOW Ral 1023 & BLACK Ral 9005 we are also stocking British Racing Green Ral 6005, Dark Blue Ral 5022, Ivory Ral 1015, Bronze Metallic, Silver Metallic and a Brushed Aluminium finish.

ALUPANEL® surface finish on the colours is Matt/Gloss and on Metallic the reverse side is mill finish. ALUPANEL ® has a 5 year guarantee on colour fastness.
